Orders
Orders are accepted subject to product availability, delivery coverage and the cafe's capacity at the time of checkout.
Prices and fees
Food prices, handling charges, platform fees and delivery charges are shown during checkout. Delivery is calculated using road distance and the applicable delivery rules.
Payment
Online orders are prepaid through Razorpay. An order is treated as confirmed after successful payment verification.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within the displayed service area. Estimated delivery times are estimates and can vary due to preparation, traffic, weather and other circumstances.
Location
Customers may be asked to share a WhatsApp location or map pin to assist delivery. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Cancellations and refunds
If an order cannot be fulfilled, Divyaura Cafe may cancel it and arrange an appropriate refund through the payment process. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider.
