You can change your cart and delivery details before completing payment.
After payment
Once payment has been verified, the order enters preparation. Cancellation may not be possible after preparation has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
When we cannot fulfil an order
If Divyaura Cafe cannot fulfil a paid order, we will arrange a refund through the payment provider as applicable.
Refund timing
The time taken for a refund to appear can vary by payment method and payment provider. We cannot control the provider's processing time.
